Creative Director/Design Manager
Build and guide Research Affiliates’ (and sister company RAFI Indices) creative output across digital, motion and print. Responsible for managing creative projects from ideation to production while working with key project owners and stakeholders. Establish procedures and structure to the creative process that enable productivity. Identify new opportunities for design to better serve our internal and external partners - balancing and reconciling multiple and sometimes conflicting requirements. The ideal candidate will bring original ideas, ownership, and entrepreneurial spirit to our highly collaborative and culture-driven work environment.
